Accommodation at UDIM 2012 Conference
The conference will be held at the Banff Centre, in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Rooms, meeting space and meals are all in the Banff Centre. The Banff Centre is in a somewhat isolated site, and hotel rooms are limited during the summer "high season". It is recommended that you reserve your room as soon as possible. After 1 May 2012, they will start releasing our block of rooms, so accommodation is not guaranteed after that date. The rooms are in the Banff Development Centre, pictured below.

Room choices are "Superior King/Sofa" (pictured above centre) or "Superior 1 Bed". If you require anything special for your room reservation, such as arriving early or departing late, or more than 2 people in the room, or if you have difficulty with the online reservations system, you will need to telephone the Banff Centre at +1-403-762-6308 (international) or +1-800-884-7574 (North America).
Cancellation policy: You can cancel your room reservation without charge up to 48 hours before arrival.

The Banff Centre’s Sally Borden Recreation Facility houses a 25 metre pool, steam rooms, whirlpool, weight room, full-sized gymnasium with indoor running track, badminton, squash court and climbing wall. These facilities will be available for general usage to all overnight guests of The Banff Centre at no extra charge.
